Ok, so what’s ONE thing that no matter your health & fitness goals you just aren’t ready to give up?
Mine is coffee with real creamer.
Yes, I said it. And, I KNOW neither are healthy. YES, coffee has some health BENEFITS in small dosages but that doesn’t make it “healthy.”
But, for me, I also know it’s one thing that pushes me out of bed before 5 a.m. every day.
It’s one thing that is total comfort in the morning.
It’s one thing that kick starts my day.
It’s one thing that for whatever reason…whether chemical or emotional…it gives me some mental clarity to get working on things early.
It’s one thing that gives me a little pep for an early morning workout.
So, yes, it’s ONE thing that I will not be giving up in the foreseeable future.
And, given all the other things I am foregoing while I focus on my nutrition, I honestly feel I deserve this!
I used to be a sugar & fat free creameraholic but after listening to my sister, doing a little research and actually taking the time to TASTE the real thing, I came to the conclusion is was the better option. The other stuff is even more chemical-laden….and honestly tastes fake and gross to me now.
AND, believe me, I’ve tried black coffee over and over again and I just can’t do it. I end up not looking forward to it anymore. I need a little comfort in my day.
